Privacy Policy
SmallPNG is designed to minimize the data needed to provide its file tools and to describe processing honestly on each tool page.
Files processed locally
Current image compression, JFIF to JPG and JPG/JPEG to PDF tools process supported files locally in your browser. Those workflows do not require the selected files to be uploaded to a SmallPNG processing server.
Future server-side tools
Some future PDF or document conversions may not be reliable with browser-only APIs. If SmallPNG introduces a tool that uploads files for server-side processing, that tool page must disclose the processing model and relevant retention behavior before the file is processed.
Website infrastructure data
SmallPNG is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard request and security information such as IP address, browser or device details, request headers and access logs to deliver and protect the website.
Analytics
SmallPNG may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage such as pages visited, device or browser information and tool interactions. Analytics configuration may change as the product develops.
Cookies and local storage
SmallPNG does not currently require an account. Cookies or browser storage may be used for analytics, security or basic functionality.
