Use of the service

SmallPNG provides browser-based image utilities for general informational and productivity purposes. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with the service or the rights of others.

Your files and rights

You are responsible for the images you choose to process and for having the rights or permission needed to use them. SmallPNG does not claim ownership of your images.

Service availability

SmallPNG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for accurate file-size results but cannot guarantee that every external portal, validator, browser or image will accept a particular output. Always check the destination requirements before submission.

Intellectual property

The SmallPNG name, site design, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service as your own product without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SmallPNG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of files, rejected uploads or service interruptions.
