Use of the service
SmallPNG provides file utilities for general productivity purposes. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with the service or the rights of others.
Your files and rights
You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for having the rights or permission needed to use them. SmallPNG does not claim ownership of your files.
Results and compatibility
SmallPNG aims to produce valid outputs, but external portals, PDF readers, applications and validators may apply their own requirements. Always check the destination requirements for important submissions.
Service availability
SmallPNG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change as processing engines and browser support evolve.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SmallPNG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, file loss, rejected uploads, incompatible outputs or service interruptions.
